This is a unique opportunity to initiate and drive data-driven results with an immense business impact. You’ll be working on the forefront of autonomous vehicle technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build and support data transformation, conversion, and computation pipelines on AWS and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with the R&D teams to design and develop new algorithms for improving cellular network performance, optimizing dynamic video compression and transmission over harsh network conditions and more.
  • Generate insights which are based on real-world deployments and KPIs.
  • Present findings to the product and technical teams in a clear and actionable way.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience as a data engineer / software engineer / data scientist in a data rich domain.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field OR army service in an elite technological unit.
  • Experience with Python or C++ is a must (both is a big advantage)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQL.
  • Experience in collecting data from/exposing data to various data sources and services (API, JSON, XML).
  • Experience with open source data pipelines such as ELK or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain your work in layman’s terms.
  • Experience with Geographic Information Systems is a big plus.

As Product Manager (PM) you will report to the VP of Product Management and support her in building and designing new features for Ottopia’s Teleoperation platform. You will play a major part of our product squad and will work with many R&D teams.

You will write user stories and requirement documents, build detailed specifications for our software engineers, design wireframes, work with QA to ensure correct execution, and oversee projects with design partners around the world. You will be expected to have full responsibility over all stages of the product life-cycle by working closely with the engineering, sales, operations, QA, and support teams. As one of our early team members, you will have the chance to shape the foundation of our product, methodology and culture.

What You’ll Do 

  • Write specifications for product features.
  • Work closely with customers to collect their feedback, which in turn will enable you to make the right decisions with regards to roadmap and product features.
  • Design wireframes and manage the development of user interfaces.
  • Set development deadlines while working closely with engineering teams.
  • Ensure our eyes are kept on the target with an MVP-mindset.
  • Generate and maintain up-to-date documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and groom a validated backlog of features and improvements.
  • Work with multiple teams in the organization and lead processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS products.
  • B.Sc. in computer science or a related field or equivalent background in SW development.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven track record of delivering software products/services to market.
  • Experience in a global working environment, global companies and customers.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs.
  • Familiarity with Agile and lean startup methodologies.
  • Technical experience from one or more of the following domains is preferred: Video Streaming, Enterprise IT, Cyber-security, Cellular Networks, Computer Vision, Embedded Applications, Robotics, or Automotive Applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline with the right qualifications for the required profiles, approaching both active and non-active candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process end to end – CV screening, phone interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, etc.
  • Partner and work closely with hiring managers to define the right profile and key success factors for the job, ensuring high-quality talent recruitment and onboarding.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience with end to end recruiting at a high tech company (startup is preferred) or recruitment agency specializing in software engineering roles.

  • Lead 4-8 extremely talented software engineers.
  • Interview top talents for your team and the R&D department in general.
  • Discover the technical debt & challenges and assist in solving them.
  • Mentor and advise your team members in design reviews and code reviews with focus on performance and real-time.
  • Research new technologies and implement them into Ottopia’s product.
  • Integrate your team’s code into our customers’ stacks, which power the world’s autonomous machines (e.g. cars, forklifts, delivery robots, trucks and others).
  • Interact with stakeholders outside the team and the company
  • Work as a part of the team in hands-on development in C++, Python and more at roughly 50% of the time (may vary as the team grows).

What You’ll Bring

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science, electrical/computer engineering or relevant service in an elite technological unit.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
  • Minimum 3 years in C++ programming in Linux environment.
  • Minimum 2 years in managing a software development team.
  • Experience in all phases of end-to-end development from requirements and design to product deployment.
  • Experience in algorithm implementation in C++ is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in Robotics / Autonomous Software stack is a plus.

  • Build amazingly fast and efficient CI\CD pipelines for C++ development.
  • Automate the provisioning of various cloud workloads in AWS and other cloud providers.
  • Implement and maintain the cloud infrastructure required for the company’s data pipelines in ElasticSearch and other data warehouses.
  • Automate deployment to automotive grade compute which is installed in various types of vehicles.
  • Help build labs for remote development on specialized automotive hardware.
  • Write a lot of Python.

What You’ll Bring

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science, electrical/computer engineering or relevant service in an elite technological unit.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
  • Minimum 2 years in Python programming .
  • Minimum 2 years in implementing CI\CD pipelines in CircleCI, Jenkins or similar products.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automating the provisioning of cloud resources in AWS\Azure\GCP.
  • Experience in maintaining network infrastructure both on-prem and in the cloud is a huge plus.
  • Experience with writing and building C++ for multiple platforms is a huge plus.
  • Experience in maintaining ElasticSearch workloads is a huge plus.
  • Previous startup experience is a plus.
