  • Technical Integration and Support Engineer

    What You’ll Do
    • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, troubleshooting and resolving software issues both online and on-site.
    • Effectively integrate Ottopia's product with customers' software and hardware.
    • Execute software installations and acceptance tests on hardware before customer shipment.
    • Deploy and monitor hardware installed with Ottopia’s software on customers' vehicles for successful commercial and pilot projects abroad.
    • Ensure system performance meets specifications and promptly relay any issues to the relevant teams.
    • Continually update and improve integration and troubleshooting guidebooks based on project learnings.
    What You’ll Bring
    • Bachelor’s degree - a must, BS.c/BA in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
    • 3+ years of experience in customer support and/or implementation roles.
    • Proven customer-service mindset: demonstrated ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and respond to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Solid understanding of networking concepts.
    • Experience with Linux-based network devices and interfaces.
    • Hands-on experience in deploying and integrating hardware and software systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Experience with troubleshooting and modifying low-voltage electronic components is a plus.
    • Familiarity with vehicle communication systems and protocols (e.g., CAN/CANopen) is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel internationally for on-site deployments and customer support.
  • Manual QA Engineer

    What You’ll Do
    • Prove and test the capability of remotely operating a vehicle, robot, or truck in real-time on public roads.
    • Analyze requirements, wireframes, and design documents.
    • Prepare integration and test plans for web, server, and embedded applications.
    • Manage and execute the planned integration activities and testing.
    • Perform root cause analysis for defects found, including analysis of application logs and communication protocols.
    • Drive defects to resolution, engaging with development and product teams.
    • Perform field testing and integration with Ottopia vehicles.
    What You’ll Bring
    • At least 2 years of experience in testing and integration of large complex systems Including client-server, and embedded software.
    • Creative tests case writing (STP & STD).
    • Good knowledge of Linux and its various tools and commands for debugging.
    • Networking knowledge (debugging, interfaces, security).
    • Excellent English - both written and verbal.
    • Automation experience is a plus.
    • Previous startup experience is a plus.
    • Quick self-learner, responsible, great communication skills, team player, and detail-driven character.
  • Office & Welfare Administrator

    What You’ll Do
    • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring regular office maintenance and a vibrant workspace.
    • Take charge of daily facility-related tasks, including maintaining kitchen supplies and appliances, arranging meeting rooms, collaborating with and supervising of the housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and inviting office environment, etc.
    • Accommodate non-residents, clients, board members, and other VIPs, ensuring their comfort during their stay.
    • Assist accounting with the preparation of salaries and attendance reports and coordinate employee expense reimbursements.
    • Receive, review, and approve invoices on a regular basis.
    • Coordinate travel and accommodation for staff, including bookings for international trips and expense reports.
    • Manage relationships with various service providers like Route 6, UBER, GETT, water suppliers, Cibus, the electricity company, Bezeq etc.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to guarantee a smooth and effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Manage company cultural events, such as birthday celebrations, annual trips, team outings, holiday celebrations, and happy hours under the directions of the HR team.
    • Enhancement of employee experience on a continuous basis.
    • Support our R&D team by driving our test vehicle - Up to 30% of the time.
    What You’ll Bring
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office & Welfare Admin, preferably in a startup or high-tech companies.
    • Willingness to work 5 days a week from the office.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience working with accounting, including attendance reports, invoice documentation, and expenses reimbursements.
    • Fluent in Hebrew and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Valid driving license and willingness to drive company test vehicles up to 30% of working hours.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, proactive, with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Service oriented, comfortable working across all company levels.
  • Safety Driver- Temporary Position

    What You’ll Do
    • Full-time employment for a month between the dates of 22/10/23-21/11/23.
    • Perform test drives with real autonomous vehicles.
    • Drive long hours and long distances.
    What You’ll Bring
    • Over the age of 24.
    • Manual gear driver's license (B license) with at least two years practice driving.
    • A clean driving record - no previous accidents/suspensions.
    • Willingness to drive for long hours and to all types of locations throughout the country.
