  • Data Engineer

    This is a unique opportunity to initiate and drive data-driven results with an immense business impact. You’ll be working on the forefront of autonomous vehicle technologies.

    What You’ll Do
    • Design, build and support data transformation, conversion, and computation pipelines on AWS and other platforms.
    • Collaborate with the R&D teams to design and develop new algorithms for improving cellular network performance, optimizing dynamic video compression and transmission over harsh network conditions and more.
    • Generate insights which are based on real-world deployments and KPIs.
    • Present findings to the product and technical teams in a clear and actionable way.
    What You’ll Bring
    • At least 3 years of experience as a data engineer / software engineer / data scientist in a data rich domain.

    What You’ll Do
    • Define test strategy and test plan based on software development roadmap.

    What You’ll Do
    • Perform software installations and acceptance tests on hardware samples before they are shipped to customers abroad.
    • Deploy hardware samples on customers’ vehicles abroad to ensure successful pilots.
    • Ensure deployed systems are performing according to the specification. Log and relay any issues to the operations and engineering teams.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, and assessing the impact of issues.
    • Perform live demos with Ottopia’s systems both in Israel and abroad.
    • Write integration guidebooks and maintain existing ones according to ongoing learnings from projects with customers.

  • Senior Product Manager - Core Technologies

    As the Core Technologies Senior Product Manager (CSPM) you will enable the development of new network, cyber and video capabilities to advance our best-in-market teleoperation technology.

    We are looking for an individual contributor who takes full ownership of the hands-on day-to-day product work together with the Core Technology teams. Someone who is passionate about developing, managing, and communicating product requirements and initiatives to key stakeholders. The CSPM will report directly to the VP Of Product Management and support the Product Group in all essential initiatives across the company. Your day-to-day will include: writing requirement documents, building detailed specifications for our software engineers, working with QA to ensure accurate execution, communicating tradeoffs with customers, and managing product deployments, KPIs and releases. As one of our early Product Group team members, you will have a chance to shape the foundation of our product and culture.

    As the International Group Senior Product Manager (ISPM) you will play a key role in building Ottopia’s international R&D Group, which is creating a novel control center for autonomous vehicles. We are looking for an independent and self-starter senior product manager who can take full ownership of the hands-on day-to-day product work for international teams. Someone who is passionate about developing, managing, and communicating product requirements and initiatives in a global environment. This role will include frequent visits to our R&D center in Portugal, where he/she may spend up to 2 weeks per month.

    The ISPM will report directly to the VP Of Product Management and support the International Group in all essential efforts across the company. Your day-to-day will include: writing requirements documents for new products, creating detailed specifications for new features, coming up with the MVP, designing wireframes, understanding and formulating user needs, researching similar solutions, communicating tradeoffs with customers, and managing product deployments & releases.
