  • Senior Frontend Engineer

    Ottopia Technologies, founded in 2018, is a technology company engaged in the design, development and commercialization of teleoperation systems. Ottopia is the only company that provides all key technologies to control vehicles remotely and safely. Ottopia's customers save lives and save money by deploying its teleoperation platform in their autonomous fleets - cars, trucks, forklifts, shuttles and other types of vehicles.     What You’ll Do
    • B.Sc./M.Sc. in computer science, electrical/computer engineering or service in an elite technological unit.
    • 7+ years of experience as a software engineer in any high level programming language.
    • 3+ years of experience in developing rich frontend applications in React.
    • 3+ years experience in working with TypeScript.

    What You’ll Do

    • Experience in developing in a microservices based environment (e.g. Kubernetes, Amazon ECS\EKS, Docker & Docker Compose).
    • Experience in working with one of the major cloud providers is required (AWS is preferred).
    • Experience in developing customer-facing APIs is an advantage.

  • Office & Welfare Admin

    As a Welfare and Office Manager you’ll be the heart of the company and ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be responsible for organizing and coordinating administration and employee experience events. Your role is to create and maintain a positive and pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will be the first point of contact for employees on all office needs including maintenance, (physical) mail, shipping, office supplies and equipment, and assisting with operations tasks. In addition, you will potentially support the CEO by scheduling meetings.

    What You’ll Do
    • Ownership of all aspects related to our day-to-day office operations (kitchen, office equipment, cleanliness, ongoing payments).
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees.
    • Act as the point of contact for purchasing requests related to the office & employees and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
    • Plan and execute company’s culture activities, including birthday celebrations, annual company events, happy-hours, holiday events, team bonding activities, etc.
    • Assist accounting with preparation of regularly scheduled reports for salaries, such as attendance reports for payroll etc.
    • Receive, review, record and generate invoices.
    • Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations.
    • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
    • Employee engagement – continuously ensure we are doing the most for our employees and creating the best employee experience.
    • Calendar management and organizing meetings for the company CEO.
    • Willingness to assist with the company's R&D operational needs (test driving, shipments, etc.).
